NAIDER’s spring publication is now available to read. Entitled “Industry, our operating system”, it examines the transformation of the productive system in a context of ecological transition, technological change, and shifting geopolitical dynamics. The underlying question: what distinguishes territories that move forward from those that fall behind?

In search of an answer, this issue explores value chains as a tool for activating territorial economies, proposes a framework for transforming industrial estates into high-agency spaces, analyses the Industrial Accelerator Act as a lever for European industrial sovereignty, and offers key insights into the reactivation of built heritage within new urban and productive dynamics.

All of this is rounded off with a selection of transition insights and a review of the projects and initiatives developed at NAIDER over the past quarter.
