Naider will assist the Labour Inspectorate, which is part of the Basque Government’s Department of Economy, Labour and Employment, in creating the 2026–2028 Management Plan.
This will involve structuring and drafting a strategic document to guide the Inspectorate’s actions in the coming years, in line with its institutional priorities, available resources, and organisational challenges. Key areas to be addressed in the plan include staffing, improving material resources, planning inspection activities, and transparency.
At Naider, we will contribute our experience in public planning to facilitate internal reflection by the technical team and ensure an operational approach.
