Jokin Etxebarria, Coordinator of Economics and Innovation at NAIDER, presented the poster “Tknika as a Technological Complexity Hub: A Network Evaluation of Technology Domains” at the International Congress on Educational Evaluation, held on 9–10 March at Euskalduna Conference Centre in Bilbao.
The work was developed together with Beatriz Plaza, professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of the Basque Country and supervisor of the author’s doctoral thesis. The research analyses the role of Tknika as a technological complexity hub within the network of technological domains linked to Vocational Education and Training (VET). Using a network analysis approach, the study explores how the different technological fields associated with VET are structured and connected, identifying Tknika’s strategic position in the generation, transfer and dissemination of applied knowledge.
The International Congress on Educational Evaluation brought together more than a thousand professionals, researchers and educators in Bilbao to discuss the role of evaluation as a key tool for improving education systems and guiding public learning policies.
