NAIDER has submitted a proposal to the Generalitat Valenciana’s Directorate-General for Innovation to carry out the territorial study that will select locations for, and determine the scale of, the future technology parks envisaged in the Endavant Plan for recovery after the 2024 DANA floods.
The new entrepreneurship and innovation hubs aim to diversify the business base and create quality jobs in sectors such as aerospace, biotechnology and green hydrogen.
The challenge goes beyond finding land. The aim is to shape innovation ecosystems that drive the recovery of the affected area, connect the region’s three provinces and ensure the territorial and climate resilience of each site.
The proposal includes five territorial analysis maps that bring together risk, economic activity, connectivity and the knowledge ecosystem at regional scale.
