Alcoi City Council relies on the technical service of NAIDER for the implementation of the Measurement and Monitoring Plan of Indicators of the ALCOIbioUP! urban naturalisation project, co-financed through grants from the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge.

The ALCOIbioUP! project aims to improve the environmental conditions of the city, naturalising and restoring degraded urban areas and urban edges, and making the city more resilient to climate change. The changes are also expected to have a positive impact on the health of citizens and the living conditions of Alcoi. The main objective of the plan will be to provide the city council with a system to measure and monitor its renaturalisation process.

NAIDER has made its team of professionals in the field of ecological transition and urban ecology available for this project in the Valencian Community.
