Technical Secretariat for Energy Sustainability of the Bizkaia Provincial Social Assistance Institute

The Provincial Institute of Social Assistance of Bizkaia (IFAS) will receive technical assistance from NAIDER to meet the requirements of Law 4/2019 on Energy Sustainability of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, and to prepare its Specific Energy Action Plan.

In 2023, NAIDER collaborated with the Provincial Council of Bizkaia in the preparation of the Energy Diagnosis of the Foral Sector, which included IFAS, among other foral entities. The work is now continuing with the Specific Action Plan for the Autonomous Community as a means of initiating its energy transition and responding to the reduction targets set by law for 2030 and 2050.
