Plentzia Town Council will receive technical assistance from Naider for the strategic activation project and identification of opportunities for the comprehensive regeneration of the Arpillao area in collaboration with the PiE-UPV/EHU.
Located just a few metres from Plentzia beach, the Arpillao area is home to a car park that is currently out of use due to structural deterioration. This project provides an opportunity to promote a comprehensive regeneration strategy that goes beyond structural repairs to revitalise the entire area in a sustainable way that meets local and regional needs.
The resulting strategy will be a vital tool for guiding future interventions in Arpillao, ensuring a coherent transformation that aligns with Plentzia’s urban development aspirations.
