GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a professional with a background in urban planning, architecture, economics, sociology, engineering or related disciplines, with a multidimensional approach to urban and territorial regeneration. The successful candidate will contribute to the revitalisation of projects in inner cities, industrial areas and degraded environments, using strategies that integrate physical, social and economic regeneration.
FUNCTIONS
Activation, management and delivery of strategic consultancy services in urban and territorial regeneration, including:
- Design of comprehensive regeneration strategies in urban centres and industrial areas.
- Coordination of projects for the rehabilitation and transformation of urban environments.
- Analysis of business models for economic and social revitalisation.
- Elaboration of territorial action plans in collaboration with public administrations and private entities.
- Assessment of the environmental and social impact of urban regeneration projects.
- Integration of circular economy strategies in sustainable urban development.
- Promotion of collaboration between urban agents, companies and local communities.
- Participation in dissemination and awareness-raising initiatives on territorial regeneration.
