Euskampus Fundazioa has engaged an expert advisory service on institutional governance aimed at strengthening its role as a key player in the Basque Country’s ecosystem of innovation, research and advanced training. The project supports the foundation in shaping more collaborative, transparent and effective governance strategies and structures, aligned with the region’s challenges of competitiveness, sustainability and social cohesion.
The work involves the strategic analysis of policies and management structures, the design of proposals to improve coordination among the diverse stakeholders linked to Euskampus, and the facilitation of shared governance spaces. The aim is to strengthen decision-making capacity and enhance the foundation’s ability to lead transformative initiatives in science, innovation and ecological transition.
Naider brings to the project a team with extensive experience in the design and implementation of public policies, territorial governance and institutional development.
