Naider held an online webinar on the new obligations and opportunities for companies in relation to packaging. Iván de Torres and Haizea Aguirre Puértolas explained how the application of Royal Decree 1055/2022 on packaging and packaging waste will affect companies.
Among other things, companies will have to comply with a SCRAP – Collective System of Extended Producer Responsibility – which will be responsible for the correct management of the waste generated by the packaging used to market products in Spain.
This seminar is part of the CICLO and ADVANCED CICLO project that NAIDER has been developing for the ASLE business association for the past two years, funded by the Pyme Circular Programme of Ihobe and the Basque Government.
Our gratitude to ASLE for organising the meeting and the more than 25 companies that took part in the virtual seminar.
