NAIDER will collaborate with PAISAJE TRANSVERSAL in the preparation of preliminary studies for the comprehensive rehabilitation of the Teatro Principal block in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The work will be based on the Study for Energy Rehabilitation and Urban Regeneration in the Ensanche del XIX in Vitoria-Gasteiz, which has identified opportunities and possibilities for urban regeneration in the whole of the Ensanche. On the basis of this study, the opportunity has arisen to carry out more detailed work on the Teatro Principal block, which is proposed as a pilot project for the rest of the blocks.
All of this work is part of the ‘ENSANCHE ECO-DISTRICT EMPRENDOR’ project, which was designed with the technical support of NAIDER. The project, led by the city’s urban planning company Ensanche 21 Zabalgunea together with Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, has the support of the Ministry of Social Rights and Agenda 2030, which decided to grant it the maximum amount (€ 400,000) in the call for grants for actions to promote Agenda 2030 in local authorities.
